To be eligible for Special Event Coverage, the event must: Be less than 90 days in duration; Have maximum 10,000 attendees per day; Take place anywhere in the United States (except AK, HI, NH, VA); Not have: Stunts, Pyrotechnics, Aircrafts, Hazardous Activies, Car Races, Precision Driving, Mechanical Devices, Private Armed Security Guards, Film Production, Rap/Hip-Hop music, Rock/Metal music, Rides, Take Place in Water, nor occur outside the U.S.
